Purpose of this journal: To document the progress of a audio electronics hacker newbie.

Translation: I'm getting excited about making my own electronics from scratch. I don't know much about soldering etc. but I'm going to learn.

My dreams right now are about making portable audio pre-amplifies.

I've been recording audio for a while. But only with gear corporations have  made.  I want to upgrade my portable audio recording gear specifically.

I could just go out and buy stuff to use...but I'm poor. Buying all the gear to make stuff make cost more in the long run, but the knowledge I'll gain from this will be invaluable!
